Celebrating Catholic Schools Week 2023

Catholic Schools Week is the annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States highlighting the faith, excellence and service of schools around the country and in the Archdiocese of San Francisco.

Archdiocesan Schools celebrated Catholic Schools week Jan. 29 – Feb. 4 with appreciation events for teachers, staff, parents and grandparents; fun activities and games; service projects and community outreach. This year, the week coincided with the 100th day of school as well.

In honor of Catholic Schools Week, Archbishop Cordileone joined Sacred Heart Cathedral Prep (SCHP) mid-way through the week for a panel discussion on the death penalty with the Junior Ethics classes.
