IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ

• LETTER OF SUITABILTY requests are accepted a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your event.
• VIRTUS Compliance and Fingerprinting must have been completed within 2.5 years. Your parish must provide documentation to [email protected]
• Must have a Letter of Recommendation from your Pastor to the Archbishop of San Francisco. Email it to [email protected]
• Be prepared to have the address, email, and phone number of the (Arch)diocese, (Arch)bishop, Chancellor, and Pastor and Parish where you are going to provide service.
